RENTAL RATES
House:
November - July       $3600/week for up to 6 people including children
                               $500/week for each additional person; maximum 8 people
August - October     $2800/week for up to 6 people including children
                               $500/week for each additional person; maximum 8 people
 
Apartment:               $1100/week year ‘round - maximum 2

Important notes: 
50% deposit is requested to reserve property with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
10-day minimum rental over the Christmas/New Years time.
