November - July      $3200/week for up to 6 people including children
                               $500/week for each additional person; maximum 8 people
August - October     $2800/week for up to 6 people including children
                               $500/week for each additional person; maximum 8 people
 
Apartment:
 November - July     $930/week - maximum 2
August - October     $880 - maximum 2
